Located on the ground floor of a semi-detached building from the late 1930s, which a recent renovation has enhanced and restored the original splendor of its Lecce stone facade, the Design Apartment opens onto an air-conditioned living room with a TV and reading/relaxation area, a dining room, a kitchenette, and a master bathroom.

The master bedroom has a second bathroom.

The bright apartment, featuring large barrel vaults, overlooks the outdoor living area, furnished with outdoor tables and chairs for exclusive use.
