Cancellation Policy: up to 7 days before check-in

Check-in: from 3 pm

Check-out: before 10 am

Compulsory rules :

• each guest is responsible of his own precious belongings left in the apartment/room; the host does not respond to any losses/ damages;
• each guest is responsible of his behavior at home and nearby. In case of accidents attributable to him, he will be required to compensate it;
• You are kindly invited to lock the main door of the apartment/room during your stay; before leaving Dimora Elce, please remember to lock all the doors and the windows, to switch off the lights and all the technological devices (TV, air conditioning, ecc..) and to turn off the taps; In case of guest’s absence, the host can enter in the apartment in order to avoid possible damages or dangers. In these cases, the owner will promptly notify the guest.
• It is forbidden to damage the facilities and the furniture’s accommodation or disturb the quiet of the other guests from 11 pm to 7 am.
• It is forbidden the introduction of weapons, explosives and easily flammable weapons;
• It is forbidden the exportation of all the things the host will offer you;
• The host can interrupt your stay in case you will be breach of one of these obligations;
• In order to communicate your arrival at the Touristic Office, each guest must show his identity card to the host;
• Any extraordinary requests imply extra costs agreed with the host;
• We invite you to communicate any observation, desire or recommendation to the host who will be available 24 hours a day;
• We wish you a pleasant stay!
