Dimora Elce is in Via Arditi 1, bordered by holm oak trees, on the first floor of a late ‘30s building entirely built of Lecce stone, the local limestone characterized by its warm and golden colors.
The suite is located 700 meters (8 minutes walk) from the Basilica of Santa Croce - emblem of the Baroque Lecce - and the former convent of Celestini, from where you can immerse yourself in the historic core of Lecce, with its noble palaces and its countless Baroque churches.
Just 400 meters there is Piazza Mazzini, the city’s shopping center.
A careful renovation wanted to maintain the original architectural style combining the past with the functionality of the present. Dimora Elce consists of entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small terrace. The air-conditioned rooms, with a typical architectural structure with star vaults, are finely furnished in modern style and furnishings recalling the old local recovery, equipped with homemade linen produced by a Salento weaving and courtesy set from organic farming.
