Terms and Conditions
Booking Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. In the event of cancellation within 48 hours prior to check-in, a partial refund of 50% will be issued.
Check-in Time:
From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The approximate check-in time must be communicated at least one day prior to arrival.
Check-out Time:
By 10:00 AM.
House Rules:
Each guest is responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables left in the apartment/room; the property owner is not liable for any loss or theft.
Each guest is responsible for their own behavior inside the property and in the surrounding area. In the event of incidents attributable to the guest, they will be required to compensate for any damages.
Guests are kindly requested to lock the entrance door of the apartment/room while staying inside. Before leaving the unit, please remember to lock the entrance door and windows, turn off lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air conditioning, stovetop, etc.), and close all water taps.
In the absence of the guest and under special circumstances, the property owner has the right to enter the apartment/room to prevent possible damage or danger. The owner is required to promptly inform the guest of such entry.
It is strictly forbidden to damage the furnishings and equipment of the property, cause accidents, or disturb the peace of other guests. Any disturbing noise is prohibited between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
The contents of the apartments/rooms may only be used by guests who are officially registered with the property.
The introduction of weapons, explosives, or flammable materials into the property is strictly prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden to remove any equipment or items provided in the apartment/room (such as towels, blankets, or similar items).
The host reserves the right to suspend services to any guest who violates the provisions of these house rules.
Upon arrival, each guest is required to promptly provide a valid personal identification document (ID card or passport) to the host, in order to comply with registration requirements with the local authorities and the competent tourist office.
Any special or additional requests may incur extra charges, to be agreed upon with the host.
Guests are kindly invited to contact the host, who is available 24/7, for any observations, requests, or compliments.
